My name is Loren Correia, and I'm so happy you're here. If you're longing to  feel physically relaxed and spiritually replenished, you've landed in  the right place. My life experiences put me on a path toward  healing. As a result, I've been inspired to empower others who are  navigating their own journeys toward well-being using a myriad of healing  modalities including, massage, Reiki, yoga, meditation, oracle card readings, chakra balancing, and more. I found my passion for healing after overcoming a traumatic experience in my early 20's. I was seeking peace and guidance, which led me to the path of holistic health and spiritual healing. I started my journey by going to school for massage therapy which opened my eyes to an array of holistic modalities. 

After years of working with deep tissue massage clients, I recognized that the tightness they were experiencing was not coming from a physical ailment, but from an energetic tension.

A surprise encounter with a stranger guided me to explore Reiki as a healing modality and I began incorporating it into my practice finding that the energy complimented my deep tissue sessions.

As I deepened my energy practice, I found the importance of self-care, which led me to herbalism, meditation, crystal therapy, angel card readings, chakra balancing, and yoga.

In practicing self-care with all of these modalities, I found my true self and the passion for wanting to teach others. I've experienced the profound effect of living life as an authentic expression of who I am, and now I am on a mission to help others find their true selves.
